During the last election campaigns, spiritualists made brisk business on desperate politicians and their relatives seeking election or re-election into government offices. One of such victims of spiritual consultants was, Omolara Abati.
Omolara, the second wife of Abati, was said to have been attending the white garment Cherubim & Seraphim Church of actress Esther Idowu Philips, popularly known as Iya Rainbow for some time now, and she is said to have been blessing the church financially and in return gets spiritual support.
The church which is located inside Iya Rainbow’s residential apartment in Alhaja Wosilat Street, Ojodu-Abiodun, a suburb of Ogun State, aside several spiritual fortifications has been in a savoury relationship with Omolara until President Jonathan lost to the opposition party’s, Muhammadu Buhari.
As the buildup to the elections gathered momentum, some prophesies were made to Omolara, who parted with substantial amount of money for spiritual works intended to ensure that Jonathan returns to office. But bubble bursts as none of the efforts proved abortive.
However, a close source to Omolara disclosed that, she is regretting the efforts particularly the unnecessary money she splashed on Iya Rainbow and the church.
