#GLAt4: FIFA 16 Arsenal Player Ratings (Photos)
FIFA 16 has arrived and the FIFA fans have gone crazy once again. The FIFA ratings are something that entice the football and FIFA fans more rather than the game. Arsenal fans may not have had the best of luck in the transfer window in bringing in new faces and to play with them in FIFA but there are some considerable changes in the ratings of Arsenal players this time around. In spite of not having that good and influential previous season,
Arsenal’s only signing this season Petr Cech along with Santi Cazorla is given an 85 rated card, which seems pretty fair enough. Cech who left Chelsea will be glad that he made the right decision by leaving Chelsea who are on their way down the table while Arsenal have already occupied the second spot.
Per Mertesacker and Laurent Koscielny – 83
The German and French Centre back partnership of Mertesacker and Koscielny have both been regular starters at the North London club and both of them are rated with an 83 rated card individually. Their partnership has been crucial for Arsenal and any injury setback to either of them can cause huge problems to Wenger.
Olivier Giroud – 82
Francis Coquelin – 78
Hector Bellerin – 74
What needs to be seen is there have been ma$$ive upgrades for two of Arsenal’s most impressive youngsters last season Francis Coquelin and Hector Bellerin. Bellerin was 64 rated last season but given his superb and consistent performances last season, he has been upgraded to a 74 rated card. The Frenchman Coquelin was called back from loan last season and how well did he perform to bench the likes of Mikel Arteta. Coquelin has been given a 78 rated card from his 70 rated card last season.
Jack Wilshere and Mikel Arteta – 81
There is not much change in Wilshere and Arteta’s 81 rated card. Wilshere has been inconsistent owing to his injury concerns which has been the major problem with most of the Arsenal players.
Aaron Ramsey – 82
Theo Walcott – 81
Aaron Ramsey struggle with injuries continues and still remains with his 82 rated card. Walcott too remains with his 81 rated card. One of those many players who could have had a great career only if it wasn’t marred by many injuries over the period of time.
Debuchy, Monreal and Gibbs – 80
Danny Welbeck – 79
Elsewhere Debuchy, Monreal and Gibbs have been rated with an 80 point card. The three of them have been churning out good performances when it matters and have been a good pick as substitutes as well. There remain no other significant changes including Welbeck’s 79 rated card who continues to be sidelined and has not featured this season.
Alexis Sanchez – 86
Alexis Sanchez who is gifted with an upgraded 86 rated card. Wenger has been hugely reliant on Sanchez for almost every single game and the Chilean is a vital figure in the Gunners’ squad this season.
Mesut Ozil – 87
Mesut Ozil still remains Arsenal’s highest rated player in FIFA 16 with an 87 rated card. He is now showing glimpses of his splendid first season and looks to be back to his best following the win against Manchester United where he came up with an a$$ist and Goal. There is no way his ratings can drop down any further. He is followed by Arsenal’s player of the season last year Alexis Sanchez.
