Here are photos of the 2-year-old Musa Murtala who was brutalized and mutilated by his stepmothers in Kano state -playing in his new home. The little boy was given a new house by a non-governmental organization during a visit to him at the hospital.

Musa made headlines few months ago after his stepmothers, Zainab and Hafsatu Musa tortured and castrated him at their home in Gulu town in the Rimin Gado Local Government Area of the state. His legs and arms were broken, one of his eyes and his private parts were removed.
