Nigerian International Peter Odemwingie Signs For Rotherham United On Short-term Deal
Rotherham have signed free agent Peter Odemwingie on a short-term deal. The former West Brom and Stoke striker has been without a club since leaving the Potters in the summer.
However, Odemwingie, 35, has been handed a route back into the game by new Millers boss Kenny Jackett. The Nigerian featured against Rotherham in the Championship last season, scoring for loan club Bristol City.
His move to the New York Stadium is initially on a contract that runs until Janaury. but is still subject to FA and EFL ratification.
Odemwingie has also played for Lille, Lokomotive Moscow and Cardiff.
