It is no longer news that Juventus superstar Cristiano Ronaldo worked hard to keep his body fit for himself and his club.
The 33-year-old recently joined the Italian League champions in a four year deal valued at £99 million after ending his nine year reign with Real Madrid this summer.
However, the 2016 UEFA European Championship winner has revealed the equipment that help him achieve great body physique among other exercise he engages in.
The Portuguese captain employs the five Japanese tech product Sixpad Abs Fit2, Arm Belt, Leg Belt, Body Fit2 and the Abs Belt which are all designed to exercise different parts of your body.
How it does that is by sending electric 20Hz frequencies through the body that directly stimulate and exercise the muscles.
The product was designed by SIXPAD with esteemed sports medicine Professor Toshio Moritani, who believes he’s discovered the right frequency that works the muscles best.
According to the Sun, the five products work with bluetooth technology that allows you to sync your fitness aid with an iPhone or Android device.
Using SIXPAD’s app, you can synchronise up to six devices for training the various parts of the body at the same time.
As well as that, SIXPAD have developed a program that keeps users and athletes linked by cloud in order to enhance a healthy and fit lifestyle.

You can visualise muscle movements and training, so you can monitor and exercise those target muscles.
And when you train you are awarded muscle points, which allows users to monitor what they’re exercising on a daily basis.
So, the more training you do, the more points you score. And hopefully, the closer you’ll get to that six-pack.
But that said, you won’t be getting sculpted abs sitting on the couch using it – you have to exercise either before or after to get SIXPAD’s real benefits.
“I’ve always said to myself that consistent effort to improve my capabilities is the key to becoming the world’s best,” Ronaldo said.
The Portuguese superstar joined the Old Lady in a four year deal valued at £99 million summer move from Real Madrid this summer, as he was put through a pre-season physical.
He spent nine seasons at the Santiago Bernabeu and won a total of 16 majo titles – four of which were Champions Leagues.
